1e etage:
Voorhuis: huiselijke living met picturaal uitzicht op de gracht inclusief een rijk gedetailleerde open haard en brede houten vloerdelen. Het plafond is vernieuwd in 2000 met ornamenten.

Vanaf de overloop is er een trapje naar het beschutte dakterras tussen voor- en achterhuis in, een stiekem eldorado in lente en zomer en volledig privé.

Kap:
Voorhuis: bevloerde vliering met hijsbalk aan voorzijde en zijkant boven de steeg.

Souterrain:
Voorhuis: zit-/slaapkamer met speciale vloer van ijsselsteentjes en deel van een oud waterkanaal in ’t zicht via glasplaat. Trapkast onder de bordestrap. Frisse badkamer met douche, wastafel en toilet.
